Life is but a dream!

Life is but a dream & very short. Too often we take for granted the love of family & friends. Too often we take for granted our own lives & the purpose of it. Have you stopped to asked God what is his  purpose for your life? No matter who we are... our presence is powerful and impacts many people. 

We do not have the say of when our last day on earth will be. However, we have control over what legacy we choose to leave on this earth. This month Oct 2016 and losing my best friend became a clear eye opener for me. Her life was very valuable to me. When you are blessed with the love I was given and shared with my best friend, losing her so soon taught me to live and display for the remaining of my life the legacy I want to leave behind.

I have learned through the love & loss of my best friend.. that forgiveness, grace, kindness & peace are four elements we should all implement as a part of lives. Walk In faith and begin to be the legacy you want to leave behind. Life has no room for drama or error.

I am learning we are all one in the same as human beings. We all need and should give compassion. We are all seeking the same thing which is to obtain fulfillment and wholeness. Pain is real, friendships are a blessing, disappointments will come, death is for certain, but one thing for sure, evil will never prevail because God's love conquers all.

Love & forgiveness is nourishment to our spirits and freedom to our souls. Social change is not just loving and being loyal to those you know and like, but also embracing the life of strangers & those we do not agree with because they are still the breath of God.  Live & love as if this is your last day on earth leaving the legacy of what your life stood for.
