As I prepare to turn into bed tonight.. I thank you Jesus for it was a time I could not hear you and didn't think you loved me.
Your presence in my life is amazing. I remember when I was pregnant with my children and I prayed before you asking for them to be born healthy and intelligent.. that if you covered and protected them... I would give them back to you by teaching them to Love, Worship and Praise your name. Needless to say you answered my prayers and I kept my promise.
It gives me peace to watch them grow up before my eyes knowing you are protecting them. I still remember them kicking in my womb. Now they express their feelings and opinions with such confidence they have all the answers. They make me laugh and give me complete joy.
Tho they are teenagers now, I still open their bedroom doors thru the midnight hours to watch them safely & peacefully sleep.
Soon they will be on their own... I pray daily I equipped them with the lessons I learn from you Lord. This journey of motherhood is certainly not easy.. However, with you by my side Jesus, no tasks is too great to conquer. Thank you for covering my babies.. Thank you for trusting me to be a mother.
Thank you for being my role model Lord and teaching me how to unconditionally love.
